From the Motorway E19, coming from the Netherlands and Antwerp Airport :
At the end of the highway E19, drive to the ring, and follow direction E40 Luik-Liège ; take the exit Brussels Luik - Liège - Leuven and continue following direction Brussels . At the entrance of Brussels ; follow direction Centre-Centrum and drive into the tunnel. At the exit of the tunnel, drive straight ahead and continue to follow direction Centre - Centrum . At the crossing with the small ring ( kleine ring/petite ceinture ), turn left and drive into the direction of Namur-Namen . Take the Rue Belliardstraat and continue in the left lane. The Rue De Pascalestraat is the sixth street at the left hand site and opposite the buildings of the European Parliament which are at the right hand site.
From the Motorway E411, coming from Luxembourg and Namur-Namen:
At the end of the highway E411, drive to the ring, and follow direction E40 Luik-Liège ; take the exit Brussels -Luik - Liège – Leuven , and continue following direction Brussels. Do not take the ring, but rather stay on the highway E40. At the entrance of Brussels ; follow direction Centre-Centrum and stay in the tunnel. At the exit of the tunnel, drive straight ahead and continue to follow direction Centre - Centrum . At the crossing with the small ring ( kleine ring/petite ceinture ), turn left and drive into the direction of Namur-Namen . Take the Rue Belliardstraat and continue in the left lane. The Rue De Pascalestraat is the sixth street at the left hand side and opposite the buildings of the European Parliament which are at the right hand side. From the Motorway A12, coming from Antwerp :
At the end of the highway A12 , follow the direction of Brussels Centre – Centrum , and then continue driving straight ahead. Before the bridge over the canal (and the Brussels Seaport), turn right and keep left at the next crossing. At the traffic lights immediately after the KBC Bank building, turn left and enter into the tunnel system. Take the exit Namur-Namen and drive into the Rue Belliardstraat. Continue driving in the left lane. The Rue De Pascalestraat is the sixth street at the left hand side and opposite the buildings of the European Parliament which are at the right hand side. From the Motorway E19, coming from France and Mons-Bergen:
Exit the highway E19 onto the Brussels ring road. Follow the directions for Gent-Gand and Namur-Namen and take the exit Brussels/ Koekelberg .. At the first set of traffic lights, continue straight ahead and enter the Leopold II-tunnel at the Basilica of Koekelberg . Continue driving into the tunnel system. Take the exit Namur-Namen and drive into the Rue Belliardstraat . Continue driving in the left lane. The Rue De Pascalestraat is the sixth street at the left hand side and opposite the buildings of the European Parliament which are at the right hand side.
From the Motorway E40, coming from Ostend , Gent-Gand and Lille-Rijsel ( France )
At the end of the highway E40, continue straight ahead until the Basilica of Koekelberg . Enter the Leopold II-tunnel at the Basilica. Once in the tunnel, continue driving into the tunnel system. Take the exit Namur-Namen and drive into the Rue Belliardstraat . Continue driving in the left lane. The Rue De Pascalestraat is the sixth street at the left hand side and opposite the buildings of the European Parliament which are at the right hand side.
By train
Most international trains stop at the three main train stations in Brussels (North Station, Central Station and South Station). Each of these stations is connected to the Brussels metro network (see below).
By metro
Take metro line N° 1A or N° 1B, and stop at station „Maalbeek/Maelbeek“, take exit Chaussée d'Etterbeek/Etterbeekse-
steenweg; when leaving the station, turn right; the Rue De Pascalestraat is the second street at right hand side.
